Registration Process

The registration process starts in January. All children, who currently are enrolled in our program, and their siblings, are guaranteed a class opening if they wish to attend next year. They are registered first by an In-House Lottery drawing held on a specific date.

Parent Orientations

VBCC has Parent Orientations to give parents who are not enrolled in our program the opportunity to visit, obtain information and observe our classes.  These Orientations for our 2025-2026 school year will be held in January and  February 2024.  Orientation dates:

January 15, 21, 27, February 4 and 10

SIGN UP for VBCC New Family Orientation

All orientation programs begin at 2pm. We will have a brief presentation and tour of the school.  These sessions are for parents only.  You can also call the main office (703) 281-2021 or email office@vbccpreschool.com to schedule your Parent Orientation date.  We will also be offering individual tours throughout the winter, spring and summer.  Families interested in enrollment complete a Lottery Form at the time they visit or by telephone or email.

Families on our Wait List or who are alumni or church members need to indicate this on their lottery form. The Wait List/Alumni Lottery takes place after our In-House Registration. Applicants are randomly drawn and class placements are made in the order drawn, based on space availability.

All other applicants (not on the wait list) are placed in an Outside Lottery registration. Lottery forms for this group are randomly drawn on a specific date. Class placements are assigned in the order drawn based on opening space availability. If there is no opening, these applicants may choose to go on the new Wait List for the new school year.

Tours for the 2025-2026 school year are available by calling VBCC.  We’re excited to show the facility!
